The room was clean and comfortable with daily cleaning services. The accommodation was well connected to Milan city centre by tram and close to public transportation including trains, buses, and metro. Staff were kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the stay. Facilities included a small fridge with freezer, handy iron, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a little balcony. The building featured an antique lift with manual doors for a unique experience.
