Spacious and bright apartment featured a large sunny balcony and two bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, and linens were of good quality. Located near tram line 12 with supermarkets and restaurants close by in a quiet area. The apartment included modern facilities such as air conditioning, washing machine, and secure access. A big walk-in wardrobe was available next to the main bedroom.
