The location was convenient, close to the Susa Metro Station Line 4 and tram #5, with a Carrefour nearby. The staff was very helpful and professional, welcoming guests warmly and assisting with queries. The hotel was situated in a quiet area yet offered easy access to Milan’s center via modern tram and metro lines. Rooms were clean with air conditioning, though some had noisy conditions and poor Wi-Fi. Daily cleaning included fresh towels, enhancing overall comfort during the stay.
