The staff was exceptional-very friendly, professional, andalwayswillingtohelp. Room small but nice, beds comfy like really good sleep even tho space tight. Bathroom? Brandnew and spotlessly clean which surprise innit. Location super central close tometro so no stress exploring city despite some metro strike hiccups first day lol!Also big thumbs up for water bottles and snacks on arrival-nice touch that actually useful coz u arrive tired, right? Bags? No probs leaving ‘em anytime before check in or after check out -theseguys got your back. Quiet, clean place feels chillafter busy days runaround… totally would stay again no doubt!
