The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the duomo and Teatro alla Scala, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The hosts were friendly and helpful, arranging private taxi rides for a family of five and rescheduling pick-ups when flights were delayed. The apartment was well decorated with comfortable beds, complimentary juice for kids, snacks and drinks provided, a large TV for family movie nights, and air conditioning that worked well after some adjustment.
