The flat featured clean rooms and linens, with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. It was located on a wide street near numerous restaurants and cafes, close to the Duomo and other important sites. The building included an elevator despite its historic character with narrow halls and a patio. Amenities such as dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and toiletries were provided for convenience.
