Great location in the city center, within walking distance to the Duomo and close to public transport. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with well-maintained amenities. Staff provided helpful service that facilitated easy access to the accommodation. Complimentary water, coffee, and daily towel replacement were included. The front desk closed early in the evening, which could affect late check-ins.
