We are a couple who have been coming to Milan yearly for over 25 years. We booked PrimoPiano-Ausonio for two weeks. However, we moved out of after one night and went to a hotel. We found it totally inadequate for several reasons:
- The apartment lock is very difficult to operate. Each time we used it required at least 15 minutes to open or to lock.
- We were locked out of the apartment after returning from dinner and called for assistance but there was no answer and no possibility to leave a message. We finally unlocked the door after at least a half hour of trying. It',s completely irresponsible to only be able to contact the owners by email on weekends.
- The pull-out couch mattress is soft, lumpy, and sagging in the middle and around the edges.
- The couch is stained as are the rugs.
- The stairs leading to the loft with the master bedroom are dangerous because they are very steep and the runners are only about the width of less than half a foot.
- The lighting is not sufficient, especially at night.
- The shower curtain was not large enough to keep water in the very small shower stall and there isn',t a shelf to put toiletries.
- We paid for extra bed sheets but none were provided.
-We asked for a refund with the exception of the one day we stayed but PrimoPiano refused.
- PrimoPiano Ausonio contains safety hazards, as well as other defects, and is not suitable for occupancy.
