The hotel was located near the Porte di Mare metro station, providing easy access to the city center. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and very helpful, responding quickly to any issues such as a broken shower head. Breakfast offered a wide variety of savory and sweet options in a buffet style. Pet-friendly services included cushions, bowls, water bottles, and door signs for dogs left alone in rooms. Car parking facilities were available despite some tight spaces.
