The apartment was big, clean, spacious in height, and very bright with all basic amenities. The location was quiet with good connection to the old town, about 10 minutes walk from metro and 5 minutes from tram station. The bed in the living room could be more comfortable and the air conditioning was loud and insufficient for hot weather.
