The hotel was clean and located close to the city center, within a 10-minute walk to the Duomo. Rooms were modern, spacious, and comfortable with well-finished bathrooms featuring rain head showers. Breakfast was consistently described as good or great. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Early check-in was accommodated upon request after a long flight arrival.
