The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily, with towels changed regularly. The hotel owner was extremely hospitable and friendly, providing helpful assistance throughout the stay. The location offered good access to public transport, approximately 20 minutes from Duomo. A renovated bathroom and a convenient washing machine added comfort for longer stays. Check-in involved staff communication via WhatsApp with recommendations provided.
